We stayed in the Queen room which was nice and I had breakfast included which was decent but handy. The service was pleasant, warm and efficient. The location was perfect, the suite is situated in the centre of the city so it was ideal for travelling to the Bull Ring and the German Market.
You're going to love it there, there's disabled access to the casino. food and drinks is available aswell. And security is 24hrs also there's lots of space for parking.
Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
This is a very central hotel, close to new street station. The lobby, bars, and general communal areas in this hotel are very nice, done out to a great standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s great that there’s a swimming pool, which is rare in Birmingham city centre, it’s small but very nice with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Overall a fantastic hotel I will highly recommend .Definately pay the Em excesso and book a club room !! A big thank you to Arthur at reception and Nevin in the Club lounge
This is not about the card, is about respect. She then said if you are not happy I’ll call my manager. I said I don’t need you manager because I don’t want to ruin tonight. She still called her manager and said loudly that I am a upset customer. This is not the attitude when you trying to solve the problem. This staff is not qualified to facing customer as she is not listening not caring not even cares. She is ruing your reputation and I will not come back to Genting anymore even I had so many good memories here because she easily destroyed all the rest of your staff’s hard work! Shame on her.

Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.
I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through click here the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed no empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.

Marvellous night out, great food and drinks, we had 10 oz rib eye steak and a perfectly prepared piece of hake, (had to congratulate the chef personally on that one). Loads of the latest slots and table games, and very polite and attentive staff. Great location, we arrived via metro.
I found the place really interesting, the was a lot of food, varieties to choose from. I at what looked familiar to be it it was an overall beautiful experience...
Conveniently located at the heart of Birmingham. Within a mile radius, you could reach the canal, the library, the Victoria square China town etc. Everything is within reach. There is a club for you to grab some soft drink which is a nice peak for members.
Price to stay is expensive, but it is a quality hotel. Parking is non-existent unfortunately but there are public car parks close by.
